Ingredients:

- 10 ounces fresh spinach –rinse, dried and torn into bit size pieces.
- 5 ounces red fresh spinach- rinse, dried and torn into bit size pieces.
- 5 ounces of fresh arugula- rinse and dried
- 4 oz Mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup California nuts
For the dressing:
- Salt
- ½ cup of The Olivique, CORNICABRA

Preparation:

In a large bowl: Combine the spinach, arugula, mozzarella and nuts.
Pour salt and The Olivique extra virgin olive oil over salad and toss.

Serve with some fresh bread.

Fast, healthy and easy!
